How do you enable change? You create a place of safety. Addcounsel were growing – from bespoke addiction recovery facilitator to broad range mental health service provider. They wanted a brand and a name that reflected their ethos and evolution. So we took them on a journey that began with ‘Addcounsel’ and brought them to ‘Harbor’.

With a focus on one-patient-at-a-time, inpatient mental healthcare, the individuals Addcounsel supports are of high net worth and from a variety of cultures. Trust was key to convey. But so too were discretion, expertise and luxury. After transitioning from ‘Addcounsel’ to ‘Harbor’ – a name chosen for its connotation of a safe refuge – we built these elements into a brand suite that highlights Harbor’s unique market position.

Result? A brand that brings together expertise and empathy. A brand that was more than primed for future growth.

Impact

"We engaged the services of SANDBOX to help us rebrand our very discreet and highly curated mental health and addiction service. As our service proposition is very niche and aimed at the luxury UHNW community, we took some time with the team to ensure they really understood what we were trying to achieve. We also operate across multiple geographical locations, so cultural awareness and competence is a pre-requisite of the language and tone.

During the development phase there were multiple agencies involved to ensure we had the right customer experience. I have to say the outcome has surpassed our expectation. The impact in the market has been incredibly positive and very well received.
