When Core Highways first came to us, they were five separate business under the ‘Core Highways Group.’ Their goal? To unite under one brand, creating a stronger presence across England and Wales while setting the stage for future growth.

Bringing these businesses together meant understanding the needs of multiple audiences – both internal and external. The brand, website and marketing materials all had to resonate with different stakeholders, from customers to employees. A clear internal communications strategy helped introduce the new brand to staff, while a targeted brand-launch strategy ensured a strong debut in the market.

The result? A unified brand, repositioned in its market place. A website that put Core Highways on the map. And a business ready to grow.

Impact

The largest contract win in their history, directly attributed to the rebrand and brand positioning.

Impact

“We had our first win last month that we can fully attribute to the rebrand. And there’s a lot more in the pipeline. We also scored our highest ever engagement results in July – a 6% improvement on prior year – and our retention continues to dramatically improve. I believe the rebrand has contributed to this.”
