Labour’s plan to build 1.5 million new homes in five years presented a key opportunity for Bentley. To position them as thought leaders, we developed dynamic digital campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligned with the government agenda and tailored to Bentley’s target audiences. The aim was to raise awareness, demonstrate expertise, and help developers and landowners secure their role in this ambitious initiative.

We partnered with Bentley to showcase their expertise in strategic land development through a gated whitepaper. This became the focal point of a targeted social media campaign – both paid and organic – designed to drive traffic to a custom landing page and convert visitors into leads. Using analytics, we crafted messaging tailored to Bentley’s audience.

The result? Bentley positioned themselves as leaders in strategic land development. Within the first month, they generated 26 high-quality leads, achieving returns far beyond their investment.
