With our teams being hurled into remote working, a complicated process of building connections began. In this forced isolation, finding common ground became not just a necessity but a lifeline. At times, it felt like we were speaking different languages, grappling to convey ideas and strategies through screens. Yet, in this struggle, seeds of resilience were sown, and a common language emerged — one rooted in flexibility and shared determination.

The synergy that then developed between our teams led to success and growth, and as the digital landscape continues to evolve, so must we. Our choice to put both business names together was our way to keep recognition. This was a good decision, yet we knew it wasn’t a long-term solution. The amalgamation of the two names, although a nod to our heritage, would need to change in time. It wasn't memorable, it was too long, and it became a tongue-twister for some. This struck a chord, especially as it contradicted simplicity and clarity, our tested principles of effective marketing.
